The wine shows a pale lemon colour with a greenish hue. The nose is intense, offering nuances of pollen, vanilla pod, a touch of lemon curd and lime pie. The palate is pungent and linear, piercing the palate with razor-blade acidity, mineral texture and powerful body. Notes of citrus zest and pink grapefruit interlace with nuances of salty water and oyster shells. Slightly bitter, pleasantly phenolic texture. Lay down and wait for a few years.
