The nose is beautifully structured, frank, fresh, beautifully distinguished. It expresses notes of wild blackberry, bright cherry and bright strawberry combined with touches of cornflower, tobacco as well as discreet hints of lilac, local grove, liquorice stick, balsamic. The palate is beautifully structured, supple, fresh, elegant, airy, delicate and offers gourmandise, pulpiness and brilliance. It expresses notes of violet plum, bright cherry and more slightly – crushed strawberry, combined with touches of bright blackcurrant, cornflower, zan and lilac. Good length, with a hint of balsamic, bay leaf as well as fine hints of cherry, and menthol. The tannins are soft and delicious. Beautiful racy acidity, verticality. Gourmand, a lovely play on the noble variety, good bitterness, a subtle hint of almost laurel/olive. Purity and brilliance
