The palate is fruity, well-balanced, nicely-built and offers a fine mineral frame, a fine acidity, straightness, precision as well as a nice finesse and roundness. On the palate this Gin expresses fine notes of apple, mountain flowers, juniper and rocky minerality associated with hints of mint and black pepper as well as a discreet hint of citrus. Good length.
