The nose is smoky, reductive, pleasantly fruity in the echo, with notes of limes and green pears. The palate is tense, dry, showing high acidity, a nice mineral backbone, notes of unripe lemon, green apple and green plum. The texture is painfully tight. The wine needs time, it has a long ageing potential and a very good, persistent, saline finish.
