It reveals notes of ripe strawberrt, plum and slight touches of cornflower/violet associated with woody hints, a subtle hint of Tonka bean as well as a hint of spices and a subtle hint of rocky minerality. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers a beautiful juiciness, a slight deepness as well as elegance. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy red cherry, juicy strawberry and hints of Quetsche plum associated with touches of toasted oak, a slight hint of cassis sweet, chocolate, vanilled oak as well as a subtle hint of caramelization. Tannins are well-built and subtly firm/dry.
