The nose is mineral, elegant, well-balanced, racy and offers a slight freshness as well as a very slight power. It reveals notes of ripe apples, crunchy peach and slight touches of exotic fruits, touches of flint, ripe lemon as well as an imperceptible touch of spices / pepper and flowers. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced, elegant, well-built and offers a slight juicy frame, a nice finesse, a slight suavity, tension as well as a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed / fleshy peach, fleshy Williams pear and slight notes of apple associated with discreet touches of passion fruits, lychee, juicy grapes, ripe citrus (mandarine, grapefruit), racy minerality as well as an imperceptible touch of oak and almond in the background. Beautiful gourmandise.
