The nose is aromatic and complex. It expresses distinct notes of evolution (mushrooms, undergrowth), associated with fruity notes of crushed strawberry, dried cherry, black plum and red plum. We also find spicy notes of vanilla, liquorice and pink pepper. The finish expresses depth, structured and tight tannins, as well as refreshing acidity and good bitterness.
