The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a slight freshness as well as a very slight concentration. It reveals notes of candied lemon, candied quince and small notes of crystalline tangerine associated with small touches of exotic fruits (mango, quenette) as well as discreet hints of white fruits, beeswax, small dried fruits, minerality and discreet hints of yuzu zests. The palate is fruity, gourmand, unctuous, well-balanced, round, very slightly tight and offers fat, tension, a small fleshy side, density, a good freshness as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied / crushed brugnon, candied lemon, candied tangerine and small touches of candied orange / marmalade associated with small hints of pear in syrup, apple, spices, cardamom, tea as well as a very discreet hint of minerality and zest of lime / yuzu. Good persistence.
