It reveals notes of pulpy/juicy blueberry, candied cherry, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of acidulous redcurrant candy, hints of violet, liquorice stick as well as fine hints of thyme flowers and very discreet hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, racy, mineral and offers a beautiful precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain, juiciness, fullness, a good definition as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy blueberry, crushed violet plum, small notes of acidulous raspberry candy associated with touches of crushed redcurrant, violet, cornflower, fine hints of thyme flowers as well as a subtle hint of tonka bean and sage (in the background). Tannins are precise. Good length. A beautiful gourmand and precise wine.
