The nose is aromatic and slightly incisive. It reveals slight hints of minerality, leather and small notes of fresh fruits associated with a hint of zests and lemon paste. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, supple and offers a beautiful acid frame, a slight minerality, fat as well as suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy Granny Smith apple and lemon associated with small touches of candied peach as well as a touch of juicy pineapple and an imperceptible hint of yellow plum (in the background).
