Bera Bianco Brut 2018 – Alta Langa

Bera Bianco Brut 2018 – Alta Langa

The nose is aromatic and expresses pronounced chalky and limestone mineral notes, with a touch of wet stone, associated with notes of dried lemon zest, bitter orange, orange zest, as well as a minty hint of dried herbs (mint, even a little eucalyptus), with a bitter touch of lime, as well as a tangy hint of lemon and fresh pineapple. The palate is lively, chiseled, tangy and fresh, with a long finish, on the distinguished minerality of wet stone and limestone, with a fine bitterness and notes of fresh and candied orange peel. We also find delicate notes of honey and dried herbs (mint). The finish is long and complex: it combines chalky and fruity notes, a beautiful structure, energy and liveliness.
