The nose expresses dominant aromas of candied citrus fruits (candied lemon, candied orange), associated with notes of fresh pomelo, the indulgence of acacia honey, linden honey, complemented by a delicate bitterness of candied bitter orange, a delicious freshness of mint syrup, peach, as well as dried pineapple and fresh acacia flowers. We also find touches of wilted flowers in the background. The palate is tangy and expresses the young flavors of fresh citrus fruits, a delicate touch of spice (nutmeg, pepper), and menthol, as well as floral notes of acacia and linden, combined with a touch of infused tea. The finish is sapid, expressive and savoury, with good bitterness and lots of freshness. A dynamic, refined and chiselled wine.
