The nose offers a certain small power, a fine concentration, a stretched side as well as a fine and relatively powerful grain. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, acidity, tension, precision, a nice small crunchiness as well as a nice small softness/fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy yellow apple, crushed Mirabelle plum and small notes of quince associated with touches of small fleshy/juicy fruits as well as fine almost juicy pineapple hints and a hint of toasted almond. Good length. A saline hint and a very discreetly varietal hint in the background. Beautiful sapid persistence.
