The nose is fruity and offers a certain small aromatic concentration, a fine airy side in its small power as well as a discreet velvety feel. It reveals notes of small pulpy/ripe yellow fruits, crushed Mirabelle plum and small notes spices associated with an almost zesty touch, almost yellow apple as well as an imperceptible almost cider hint. The palate is fruity and offers pulpiness, energy, suppleness, roundness as well as a tangy structure. A fruit full of sunshine. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, juicy/fleshy mirabelle plum and small notes pulpy apple associated with touches of pear as well as a subtle almost sherry hint. A fine racy minerality on the finish. An aromatic side of fresh tannins. An imperceptible hint of sense of place (local biotop) in the background.
