Benjamin de Beauregard 2022 – Pomerol

Benjamin de Beauregard 2022 – Pomerol

The nose is beautifully built, bright, chiseled and peppery, with a nice complexity around the spices. There are notes of morello cherry, crushed blueberry, and small notes of crushed strawberry, associated with touches of camphor, anise and graphene, as well as delicate hints of black pepper and a touch of iris. The palate is beautifully delicate, suave, supple and gourmet, with a tangy frame, a juiciness and a remarkable shine. It is silky and bright, with notes of morello cherry, roasted-juicy raspberry and small notes of strawberry, associated with touches of toast, chocolate, liquorice stick as well as fine hints of sappy. A nice racy minerality, a nice freshness, suppleness and a fine sappiness which coats everything, bringing energy. A nice sappiness which underlines the freshness and suppleness.
