The nose is spicy, elegant, aromatic and offers some power. There are notes of fresh cherry/black cherry, nutmeg small notes of sweet spices combined with fine peppery notes, a hint of violet, star anise, discreet hints of sweet blond tobacco, toasted almond and a very discreet hint of local grove and pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity and reveals juiciness, acidity, dynamism, freshness and a nice work on the positive bitterness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, red plum and, more slightly, violet, combined with hints of black olive, toast, mocha and fine toasted notes. Tannins are structured. A touch of crushed almond and a hint of positive bitterness on the finish.
