The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers freshness, a very fine creaminess, a fine concentration as well as gourmandize, tension, juiciness and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, crushed blackberry, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of small crushed wild fruit as well as hints of nutmeg, underwood, cardamom, a very discreet hint of underwood (in the background), an imperceptible hint of toasted/toasted almond, camphor and white pepper. Good length. A very discreet hint of dry leaf and tonka bean on the finish/persistence.
