The wine has a lemon yellow color with green reflections. The foam is fine in appearance, with small bubbles. The nose offers intensity, aromas of fresh citrus fruits and a racy minerality. It expresses notes of lime, lime zest, lemon zest, grapefruit, fresh apricot, limestone, fine scents of acacia, apple blossom and orange blossom in the background, combined with a touch of yeast, nuts and fresh herbs. The palate is chiseled, refreshing and elegant. It expresses the flavors of yellow lemon, lime zest, lime, grapefruit, a delicate bitterness of bergamot, a mineral framework (limestone), the gourmandise of apricot and fresh yellow plum, as well as a touch of yogurt and yeast in the background. The finish is long, lively, with crunchy acidity, good bitterness and a touch of yeast and hazelnut on the finish. The foam is silky and fine.
