The wine shows a pale lemon green colour with an intense, vivid mousse. The nose is very delicate, floral, revealing nuances of lemon blossom, lime pie, a touch of yellow apples and white pears, a hint of honeysuckle and flower honey. The palate is fresh and light, with moderate, creamy acidity, round texture and persistent, delicate mousse. On the palate the win reveals notes of yellow and white flowers, a touch of lemon zest and pomelo, a delicate hint of white apple. Nice creaminess and delicatesse. A touch of bitterness on the finish that adds to the freshness. Good persistence.
