The nose is elegant, fresh and offers a nice brightness of fruit as well as energy. It reveals notes of fresh/bright cherry, small bright red fruits and small notes of juicy/fresh blackberry associated with touches of blond tobacco, lilac, lily as well as a discreet hint of fresh spices, infusion and saffron (in its flowery side). The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, precision, an acidulous structure, minerality, a nice definition, fleshiness as well as elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, bright cassis and small notes of fleshy red berries associated with touches of lilac, juicy/fresh cherry, hints of star anise, infusion as well as a delicate hint of toasted hazelnut and almost Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are sapid and fresh. Presence of a hint of good bitterness and almost balsamic on the persistence.
