Batzella Tâm Bolgheri Superiore 2018

The wine has a deep ruby color with very light garnet reflections. The first nose expresses smoky and slightly meaty notes, which are completed by fruity notes after aeration. The wine expresses aromas of chocolate cherry, raspberry coulis, crushed strawberry as well as notes of fresh black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry). On the palate, the wine has a tight structure, fine-grained tannins, but drying, with a hint of bitterness. The flavors are ripe and juicy – there are notes of fresh strawberry, black cherry, black plum, as well as freshness, acidity and floral (peony), spicy (licorice, cinnamon) and chocolate notes.
