The wine has a pale color on light rose gold. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is fresh, discreet aromatically speaking with some notes of apple skin and lemon. After aeration, it is more developed with the apple, but also the nectarine. We also have a little white grape. The whole remains subtle. The attack is fresh and tangy. We have orchard fruits such as peaches but also small white cherries and lychees. The whole is simple with a slight bitterness in the middle of the mouth. The finish is salivating on lemon blossom and an imperceptible note of sage.
