The wine is clear and shiny. It has a very pale rose gold color. The first nose is on minerality with smoky notes. Little by little the green pear is expressed with discreet notes of apple and peach. On aeration, the fresh minerality is still present. Notes of garrigue are there with the juicy lemon. The attack is fresh and tangy. Small fruits are expressed like crushed blackberry and gooseberry. We find the juicy peach in the middle of the mouth with a hint of salinity. The acidity remains until the finish with discreet floral notes and a touch of mango.
