The wine has a pale color on the rose flower. It is clear and shiny. The first nose is discreet on the fruit. We find the apple seed and the kumquat. With aeration, it is more expressive, even if delicate. Orchard fruits appear with juicy peach and apricot. The attack is fresh and fruity. We have small tangy notes of fruit like apple and apricot. The mid-palate is more about peach and juicy lemon. The finish has salivating acidity and remains on green apple and a fine touch of olive.
