The wine has a deep dark ruby color with clarity and shine. The first nose is discreet on the blueberry and especially the blackcurrant. There is also a certain minty presence. With air, we find black and blue fruits, fresh and crunchy. But also a bouquet of aromatics with thyme, thyme flower and sage. It’s always fresh. The attack is frank and fresh with the presence of black fruits but also a slight vegetal side. We feel sweet spices at the end of the tasting with coconut and a discreet smoke. We still have the presence of mint in the middle of the mouth with the flower of thyme which brings a light bitter note. The tannins are present, catchy then smoother. It is a powerful wine with a beautiful tangy structure. A bit young. The finish is on black cherry and especially blackberry.
