Nice deep red color, limpid and shiny. The first nose is on alcohol. We smell the toast, the rose and the pepper. After aeration, it is more fragrant with notes of tomato coulis, always rose and crunchy black fruits. There is also a little menthol. The palate is fresh with notes of rose, pepper and crunchy black fruits. There is a hint of vegetal. The tannins are smooth and persistent. The finish is more delicate with fresh blackberries and cherries. It’s juicy with hints of fresh grass on the finish.
