The nose is elegant and offers power and a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, ripe blueberry and small notes of small ripe wild red fruits associated with small touches of sense of the place, racy minerality/graphite as well as fine hints of black olive and very discreet hints of spices/Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, an acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy wild cassis and small notes of ripe/juicy blueberry associated with fine touches of small wild red fruits as well as fine hints of liquorice/zan, mild tobacco, very discreet hints of olive, sense of the place and a subtle hint of almond/caramelization. Good length and persistence. A fine sapidity, a very fine saline minerality on the finish.
