The nose is fruity and offers a fine richness and a fine intensity. It reveals notes of ripe brugnon, ripe William pear and small notes of quince associated with fine touches of crunchy/fresh small yellow plum, very fine hints of linden as well as very discreet hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of hay. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral almost saline frame, tension, gourmandize as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/crunchy green apple, juicy/crunchy quince and small notes of crunchy/juicy small yellow plum associated with fine touches of citrus and very slight hints of hay (in the background). Good length. A very discreet saline hint of the finish/persistence.
