The nose reveals some pulpiness and acidity. There are notes of fleshy apple, fleshy/pulpy nectarine and, more slightly, lychee, combined with fine touches of citrus/lemon, apple blossom, kumquat and a discreet hint of tart mirabelle. The palate is fresh, mineral and offers a certain elegance, roundness, a nice fineness of grain and a tangy texture. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, fleshy/pulpy lychee and more lightly of nectarine combined with touches of lychee as well as fine points of kumquat, lemon, fine notes of apple blossom and salinity/iodine.
