The nose is fruity and offers a iodine, floral and mineral side and almost a discreet pearly side. It reveals notes of quenette, vine peach and small notes of peach flowers associated with touches of crushed yellow plum as well as a discreet hint of verbena, sage and iodine. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers suavity, an acidulous frame, minerality, a good definition, some tension as well as precision and purity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy peach, bright apple and small notes of juicy/pulpy physalis associated with touches of white flowers, passion fruit as well as discreet hints of kumquat, a subtle hint of ripe yuzu, peach flowers, sense of the place (local biotop) and iodine. Beautiful juiciness and gourmandize. Freshness.
