The nose is fruity, with some power and good definition. There are notes of blackcurrant, wild blackberry and more lightly of bright berries combined with hints of local garrigue and a discreet touch of olive and pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, acidic, well defined, energetic and vibrant. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/sour blackcurrant, purple plum and more lightly tart blackberry notes with hints of red currant and fine cardamom, mocha and olive, nice acidity. Good length. The tannins are racy and supple.
