Barisan Arfanio Brut 2023 – Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

The nose is complex, gourmand and balanced. It expresses the aromas of sweet and tangy citrus fruits (candied lemon, lemon zest, orange zest, lime, grapefruit), associated with a lactic and yeasty hint (yogurt, fresh brioche, yeast), a floral scent (chamomile ), as well as a touch of fennel, bitter almond and vanilla. The palate offers fresh notes of lemon, grapefruit, candied lemon, combined with the indulgence of vanilla, yogurt, fresh brioche and a floral hint of acacia. The finish is persistent, tangy and sapid, with a good bitterness of lime and grapefruit and a herbaceous touch of tea.
