Beautiful, fruity, concentrated and precise nose that offers a certain intensity/deepness as well as a nice complexity. It reveals notes of pulpy Bigarreau cherry and small notes of red plum associated with almost rose hints, pulpy small fruits, discreet hints of blond tobacco, nutmeg as well as a subtle almost undergrowth hint and vanilla. The palate is nicely built, fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers an acidulous frame, minerality, a certain tension, precision, suppleness as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, pulpy/juicy cassis and small notes of bright red plum associated with touches of bright cherry, fine hints of sense of place (local biotope), cardamom as well as a subtle hint of undergrowth and discreet hints of tobacco.
