The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a very discreet power as well as delicacy. It reveals notes of blackberry, wild red berries and small notes of Cuben pepper combined with slight touches of cassis, violet / blueberry, spices, nutmeg, toasted as well as a very discreet hint of olive / garrigue and an imperceptible hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, delicate, quite frank and offers a beautiful juiciness, a very beautiful definition, gourmandise, fleshiness, precision, finesse as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy red berries, ripe cassis / juicy and small notes of raspberry, plum associated with touches of black cherry, rose / violet, toasted, tobacco blond / zan, sweet spices as well as an imperceptible hint of hazelnut and vanilla on the finish. Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring. There are notes of very ripe red berries, rose as well as a discreet hint of garrigue on the finish. There are a touch of almond and vanilla / caramelization on the aftertaste (brings gourmandise).
