The nose reveals notes of mushroom, small notes of strawberry, dry leaf as well as cloves. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame and precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of strawberry, small red berries, violet associated with touches of liquorice, nutmeg and tonka. A very discreet hint of mushroom on the persistence.
