The nose is fresh, elegant, fruity and offers power (but full of finesse) as well as generosity. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, ripe wild cassis and small notes of cornflower associated with fine hints of liquorice stick, small wild red fruits as well as very discreet hints of almond, tonka bean, a very discreet hint of nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of green cardamom. The nose complex, multi-layers which requiers attention and time in the glass to reveal its full bouquet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, power, freshness, juiciness, an acidulous frame, tension as well as a beautiful finesse in its richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of ripe red fruits (raspberry, red berries) associated with fine hints of griotte, chocolate, fresh liquorice as well as discreet hints of toasted, toasted almond and a very discreet hint of hazelnut. Tannins are elegant, fine, structuring and finely firm. Good length.
