The nose is fruity, aromatic and finely gourmand. It reveals small touches of jammy fruit and notes of strawberry combined with touches of crushed Quetsche plum, small berries as well as hints of herbs, toasted / caramelized oak and a subtle hint of candied citrus fruit. The palate is fruity and offers gourmandise, fat, a nice suavity, straightness and tension. On the palate this Whisky expresses notes of caramelization, cooked apple, cherry / blackberry and lemon combined with fine touches of peat, tobacco, oak, cinnamon and a touch of crushed wheat. Good length.
