Baglio del Cristo di Campobello – Lu Patri 2019 – Sicilia DOC

The nose is fresh, racy, mineral and reveals a certain tension and stretched power. There are hints of pulpy/fresh blackberry, toast small notes of toasted notes combined with hints of crushed blackcurrant and hints of cherry blossom and spice. The palate is fruity and offres freshness, minerality, good definition, elegance, delicacy, precision and a racy tannic structure. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, vanilla and slightly crushed raspberry combined with hints of Bourbon vanilla, toast, toasted almond as well as fine notes of lily, a discreet hint of Cuben pepper and a subtle touch of black olive. Tannins are racy, elegant and mellow. Good length.
