The nose is a bit tight and offers a fine intensity, a certain power. This wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, fresh kumquat and small notes of crunchy nectarine associated with small touches of persimmon as well as hints of sulphur, limestone, discreet hints of fresh leaves, tobacco and a subtle hint of pepper. The mouth is fresh, mineral and offers tension, a discreet aerial side in the approach, a fine fat, tension and energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of kumquat, fresh persimmon, crunchy nectarine associated with slight hints of citrus fruit/zest, a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco, a discreet hint of hazelnut/biscuit, iodized and) a imperceptible hint of beeswax.
