The nose is beautifully fresh, fruity, aromatic and offers intensity as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of black cherry, plum and small notes of liquorice associated with touches of ripe red fruits (red berries, strawberry) associated with small chalky hints as well as very fine hints of violet and an imperceptible hint of cardamom/spices. The palate is fruity, chalky, well-balanced, precise, very finely tight and offers a mineralframe, tension as well as a good freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe black cherry and small notes of juicy/ripe blackberry associated with fine touches of tonka bean, racy minerality as well as very discreet hints of caramelization. Tannins are structuring and well-built. Good length. Good sapide and suave persistence. There are discreet hints of toasted hazelnut on the persistence.
