(Organic) The wine shows a bright, very clear ruby colour. The nose is expressive and flattering with floral notes, nuances of ripe red cherries, strawberry compote, a touch of sweet spices and cacao. The palate is powerful with a slightly aggressive attack and burning alcohol. The wine reveals notes of kirsch, cinnamon, nuances of rose hip and rose petals, a touch of rooibos. The finish is warming. In general the wine seems slightly unbalanced at the moment, needs time to integrate alcohol.
