The nose is fruity, well-conducted and offers a fine freshness, a small concentration as well as elegance. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, fleshy blackberry and small notes of strawberries seasoned with a touch of cornflower, blueberry, a hint of lilac as well as very fine hints of sweet spices, vanilla, tea and black olive. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, well conducted and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a juicy / crunchy fruit, good definition, gourmandize, a fine grain as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy red cherry, fleshy / juicy raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with a touch of juicy blueberry, fine hints of violet, tonka bean / cocoa as well as a subtle bitterness, olive tree and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). Good length.
