The nose is fruity, delicious and offers a fine richness and a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of strawberry, redcurrants and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of Cuben pepper, cassis, balsamic, fine hints of liquorice as well as an imperceptible hint of nutmeg, vanilla, black olive and rosemary. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, good definition, minerality and tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, cherry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of small crushed red berries, rosemary, roasted thyme as well as a subtle hint of Cuben pepper, nutmeg and black olive. Good length and good persistence.
