On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fleshy quince, yellow apple and small notes of juicy / pulpy mirabelle plum associated with fine hints of quenette, lychee as well as a discreet hint of rose, apple blossoms, toasted / buttery and a very discreet hint of flint. Good length.
