The nose is fruity, powerful and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and gray pepper associated with touches of crushed raspberry, rose / laurel / flowers as well as hints of vanilla and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a good definition, a slight acid frame, a small juiciness, precision, a good structure, softness, a small freshness, roundness, fat as well as a small freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, crushed blackberry and fine notes of crushed Gariguette strawberry associated with slight touches of flowers, spices, slight hints of chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of pepper and imperceptible hint of scrubland/garrigue. Tannins are a bit firm. The finish is a bit tight.
