The nose is fruity, slightly tight and offers a very slight concentration. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, crushed blackberries and small notes of dark chocolate combined with slight hints of Timut pepper as well as a very subtle hint of violet and Zan. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good guideline, a very slight linear side, a small suavity, a small fat, a slight unctuosity, a very slight acid frame as well as a very slight tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and small touches of fresh raspberry combined with slight hints of crushed redcurrants, minerality, Zan, discreet hints of tonka bean, caramelization as well as an imperceptible hint of tonka bean, olive tree (in the background) and almond. Tannins are a bit mellow. Good length.
