A straw yellow colour of great luminosity with golden haloes. On the nose, aromas reminiscent of yellow citrus fruits together with hints of wild mountain herbs and graphite. The palate plays on verticality thanks to a brackish-acidic vein running through the material. Pleasantly persistent and savory on the finish.
