Azienda Agricola Iandolo Francesco 2021 – Derthona

The wine is a bit reserved on the nose and needs aeration. Then, it expresses lactic aromas (medium + intensity) of butter, apricot and lemon yougurt, a hint of brioche and vanilla, as well as poached pear and crème patissiere. On the palate, the wine expresses more freshness and tangy notes of lemon cream, lemon jam, fresh ripe lemon, lemon yougurt, white peach and acacia honey. The palate is sapid and expesses more notes of stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot), as well as of pineapple and slight hints of vanilla. The acidity is supple, but refreshing, a very delicate bitterness on the finish.
