The nose is fruity, racy and offers deepness, a certain concentration, precision and a certain purity in its power. There are notes of dense wild cassis, graphene and small notes of wild black cherry associated with touches of Zan, cubeb pepper and small notes of sage/ rosemary as well as subtle hint of tapenade and an imperceptible toasted hint/ vanilla. The mouth is beautifuly fresh, fruity, mineral, racy and offers a spherical side, delicacy in its energy, an acidulous frame as well as a good work on the good bitterness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy wild cassis, roasted/ juicy black cherry and small notes of bright small red fruits associated with herbaceous/ olive tree leaf touches as well as hints of rosemary, slight almost coffee hints and an imperceptible almost vanilla hint in the background. Suppleness and brightness of the fruit.
