The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of fresh quince, fresh/ripe kumquat and small notes of yellow plum associated with fine hints of zests and very fine hints of spices. The mouth is fruity, elegant, fresh, fine, racy and offers a beautiful definition, finesse of the grain as well as fat as well as roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, ripe quince and small notes of fleshy/fresh yellow peach associated with small touches of ripe kumquat as well as fine hints of yellow apple and a very discreet hint of bee wax (in the background). Good length. An imperceptible hint of vanilla on the persistence.
